Karen Totino is a licensed real estate agent whose core beliefs are purpose, passion, and service. She graduated from Russell Sage College with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, and spent ten years helping individuals maximize their potential and function. In 2009, she opened Green Conscience Home, a retail showroom that features sustainable and non-toxic interior finishes and home products, with the belief that our homes impact our health and well-being – not only physically, but financially, mentally, and spiritually as well. She has developed expertise in building science, high-performance homes, home remodeling, and full-scale renovations.
Karen has been an active board member of Saratoga PLAN (Preserving Land and Nature), a Saratoga County Land Conservancy non for profit. She is an outdoor enthusiast that believes time in nature is essential to our well-being.
Karen was born and raised in Saratoga County and currently resides in Ballston Spa with two daughters. Her hobbies include weight training, mountain biking, playing tennis, and being outdoors as much as possible with her friends, family and dog Jordi!
Not only will Karen provide extensive knowledge to the home buying and selling experience, but she will also bring trust, compassion, and a sense of joy and excitement to the process as well!
