Zanobia is an Upstate New York native and licensed real estate salesperson serving the Capital Region and surrounding communities. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Vermont College. Since then, she has worked in housing case management and currently oversees three permanent supportive housing programs through a local nonprofit organization, where she helps individuals and families navigate and maintain safe housing while accessing community supports.
She takes a thoughtful and intentional approach to her work, dedicating herself to truly listening, staying present, and meeting the unique needs of each client—whether they’re buying their first home or planning their next move. Known for her warm, personable approach and professional guidance, she is committed to making the real estate experience feel informed, supported, and stress-free.
