Matthew Morizio recently joined #TeamMonticello and I recently sat down with him to learn more about him.

If you could live anywhere in the world – where would it be and why?
I am a true New Yorker at heart! Though I have lived in 5 different states including Hawaii, I keep coming back to New York. Both the culture and the people here are truly home to me. 

Would you rather sit on a beach or hike a mountain?
That’s a tough question. I like both really. They are equally therapeutic to me. Waves crashing. Trees rustling. 

What is your favorite meal to cook?
Lasagna! It’s something ALL of my family loves. Besides, it’s my favorite meal to eat.

If you could be a superhero – who would you be?
If Jesus Christ was a superhero it would be him. He’d be that very unassuming character that had the power of all superheroes. Fully human and yet forever divine.

What is your favorite season?
Actually, I like all of the seasons we have here in New York, yet summer offers the opportunity to ride my motorcycle.
