We are halfway through January and real estate activity has been very busy.

Just this month, we put up a listing in Niskayuna and in one week, there were 22 showings on the property and multiple offers.  If you are a seller – now is a great time to list your home. If you are a buyer, make sure you have a prequalification letter ready so you can get a jump on the houses that are for sale.

Later this month, we will have the official numbers on what went on in January from GCAR.
