I was interviewed for this weekend’s Times Union real estate column. The topic was broker’s opens and open houses, to help advertise homes.

Alexander Monticello, principal broker and licensed attorney for Monticello Licensed Real Estate Broker, also participates in broker’s open houses.

“It’s hard to sell a house at an open house, but every little bit helps,” Monticello said.

Monticello has also worked with other agents to co-market houses, particularly homes that are on the market in close proximity to one another. He worked with other agents to host open houses around Center Square in Albany for an event last summer.
