It was a pleasure working with Alex on the sale of my mom’s home. The website he put on line was very professional. He posted the house on a Thursday, had 11 showing over the weekend, received 3 offers on Sunday and under contract on Monday. The final offer was above asking price. Nirisa is a top-notch agent. I would recommend her to anyone buying a house in the Capital Region. Dina was amazing to work with. She listened to our needs and what we were looking for. When we sent her houses we were interested she would get us a viewing lined up immediately within 24 hours or even same day most times.
