2019 Holiday Lights Giveaway – #TeamMonticello

The #TeamMonticello 2019 Holiday Lights Giveaway is here!! All you have to do is take a photo of your home’s holiday lights, email the photo to Lights@MonticelloNYS.com, and then vote for your picture with your friends on Facebook!*

This year we’ve partnered with a group of fantastic local businesses to offer you some amazing prizes: A one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park, NY and a $100 dollar gift certificate to Next Door Kitchen & Bar in Ballston Spa, NY | A $100 dollar gift certificate to Restaurant Navona in Albany, NY and two tickets to Landmark’s Spectrum 8 Theatre in Albany, NY | and a $50 dollar gift certificate and coffee from Kru Coffee in Saratoga, NY.

*Eligible Participants must submit their photos to Lights@MonticelloNYS.com with your home address in the subject line. Once your submission is received, you will be asked to fill out a Google Form with your contact information to claim your prize should you win.

CONTEST PRIZES:

Contest winners will be eligible for one of three prizes. The first place winner has the option to choose which prize package they want, the second place winner will get second choice, and the third place winner will get third choice. Prizes will be available for pick up at Monticello Real Estate’s Colonie office (421 New Karner Rd, Suite 11A, Colonie, NY 12205) after Monday December 23rd. Prizes are as follows:

  1. A one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park, NY and a $100 dollar gift certificate to Next Door Kitchen in Ballston Spa, NY.
  2. A $100 dollar gift certificate to Restaurant Navona in Albany, NY and two tickets to Landmark Theatre’s Spectrum 8 in Albany, NY.  
  3. A $50 dollar gift certificate to Kru Coffee in Saratoga, NY.

CONTEST RULES:

  1. Contest submission will run from November 19th-December 15th, 2019.
  2. One entry per household.
  3. Households must be located within the following counties: Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, or Rensselaer.
  4. Submissions must be of your actual house. 
  5. Eligible submissions must fill out a ‘Google Sheet Form’ with contact information.
  6. Monticello will post submission photos in a ‘Facebook Album’ on Monday December 16th.
  7. Contest voting will be from Monday December 16th-Thursday December 19th on Facebook.
  8. The top 3 houses will be selected based on the amount of likes (and reactions) on the original Facebook post within ‘Monticello’s Photo Album.’
  9. Finalists will be announced on Friday December 20th. 
  10. The top 3 finalist’s houses will be judged in person by #TeamMonticello on the evening of Friday December 20th.
  11.  The winners will be announced on Monday December 23rd.
