What is your favorite dish to cook and why?
I don’t have one favorite. I like grilling in the summer and authentic Italian dishes in the fall and winter months. I always try new dishes that the family will enjoy.
What is your “happy place?”
My happy place is any time spent in the outdoors- solitude. I spend many weekends up in the Adirondacks during the summer months.
What superhero would you like to be?
Superhero? I thought that’s the definition of parent. LOL
What is your most treasured possession and why?
I’m not big of possession- they are fleeting.
Where would you live if you could be off the grid?
I would like to live in Montana on a big spread with minimal human interaction.
