Let’s learn a little more about Brooke Chaffee-Zayas.

What is the most random thing in your purse?

The most random thing in my purse is a toothbrush. I’ve had Invisalign for months now and you need to brush your teeth, and potentially floss, after every meal or drink outside of water. I’m Dr. Mitola’s best client!

What is your favorite type of house?
My favorite house is anywhere my family is. I love houses, and love real estate. But, I think the people you share it with makes it a home.

If you had a boat, what would you name it?
My boat would be “Casa de Zayas” I’ve called our home “Casa de Zayas” since we married in 2005, and now everyone calls it that. So it would certainly be fitting to have a matching boat that shares our namesake. But honestly… if you know me at all… I really hate my hair wet. The likelihood of a cabin or beach house is far greater than a boat!

If you could splurge on one thing – what would it be?

If I could splurge on something it would be a beach house to share with family. Our friends have a family house in Lake George and another in Maine and I’m always envious of the times they share as family in those homes. And it’s shared for generations. I love anything that shares lifelong memories with family.

What would your superpower be?

If I had a superpower it would definitely be to fly. My parents live in Kansas, my in-laws live in Texas, and we are here in upstate. Flying would make seeing everyone a lot easier!
